How Japan is preparing for the World Cup
"Don't expect things to run smoothly," warns Rich Freeman, rugby correspondent for Kyodo News "Some cities are starting to have a real World Cup feel to them. And the Sunwolves Super Rugby experiment from a fan's' perspective has been positive in drawing a younger, more enthusiastic crowd to matches. But the Japan Rugby Football Union and the local organising committee are still two separate entities."

The best teams
The teams that have won the preferences of the public (and experts) are certainly Ireland and New Zealand.
The All Blacks have managed to win against the Irish many times, some of them, only with the help of luck and the weariness of opponents. Ireland finally manages to beat the All Blacks in 2018, at the Aviva Stadium, taking home a 16 - 9 win for the Irish.
this makes Ireland, along with the All Blacks the best teams that can compete for the world cup

England or Wales?
Wales found a Grand Slam in the 2019 Six Nations, this could become a ticket to a good world cup. Wales won the European tournament, but England won a good second place.
So, the most promising European nations are certainly these two, but despite a poor third place for Ireland, this team still has every chance to win (finally) a good worldcup
